Service Description

- Everyone deserves to have their birth story heard - Confidential and non-judgemental - Relaxed and client-led approach - No limit as to how long ago the birth was (a birth 20years ago may still be weighing on you now) - Option of as many chats as you need. Most people have 1-3. Labour and birth can sometimes be traumatic even if everything goes to plan. Sometimes it can be difficult to process what has happened and you can feel alone as you deal with these emotions. It is important to feel heard and to tell your story. In the safety of your own home we will talk through any parts of your experience you wish to discuss. My aim is to listen, support, and guide you through any parts of your experience that you wish to discuss, hopefully offering clarity and understanding to your experience. The consultation is confidential and non-judgemental, my number one priority is to make you feel heard and safe. Birth experience chats are sometimes best discussed over a couple of sessions so follow up can be arranged if you wish.
