-1:1 session for you and your birthing partner - 2 hours long - 'Birth plan' document completed over the meeting - Non-judgemental, compassionate and relaxed approach - Tailored to you- you decide what you wish to cover (options provided) - Comprehensive and evidence based overview of labour and birth Go into labour empowered with knowledge so you are able to make informed decisions about your birth experience. Together we can discuss any number of your concerns and make sure you are confident with your wishes as you approach the big day.
